Terms of Service

Last updated: April 19, 2026

Have qualified counsel review these terms before relying on them for a production launch.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Cashytics — including the API, dashboards, documentation, and related services (the "Services") — you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys, passwords, and any other credentials used to access the Services.

3. License to use the API

Subject to these terms and your payment obligations (if applicable), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to call the Services for your internal business purposes and to integrate the Services into products you offer to your own customers, provided you remain the data controller for any personal or financial data you transmit.

4. Customer obligations

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization, by interfering with other customers, or by using the Services in violation of law or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees & trials

Paid tiers, overage rates, and free allocations are described on the pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are billed in advance on a monthly cadence and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUTPUTS ARE ANALYTIC IN NATURE AND ARE NOT TAX, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. EACH PARTY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach after reasonable notice where practicable. Certain sections survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
