1. Fair use

Use the Services in line with published rate limits and quotas. Automated testing should target dedicated sandboxes rather than shared production infrastructure.

2. Prohibited activities

• Violating applicable financial services, privacy, export control, or sanctions regulations.
• Transmitting malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Scraping the documentation or dashboard in a manner that degrades service for other customers.
• Using the Services to build unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or harassment products.

3. Monitoring & enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. We may suspend accounts that present acute legal or security risk without prior notice.
